About LoopOzone
What does LoopOzone do?
LoopOzone buys surplus, obsolete, and end-of-life industrial materials directly from generators — factories, EPC contractors, and recycling intermediaries — grades and processes them at our facilities, and supplies verified material grades to reuse buyers. We handle the full chain: pickup, weighment, assessment, processing, and resale. Our goal is to make material recovery predictable, not opportunistic.
Who do you buy materials from?
We buy from industrial generators of all sizes: manufacturing plants clearing out redundant stock, EPC and infrastructure contractors with leftover project materials, PSUs rotating capital assets, and institutional facilities managing estates. If you have material sitting idle with a recovery value, we are interested in hearing about it.
What types of materials do you handle?
We currently handle 14 material categories including ferrous metals (MS, CI, SS), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminium, brass, zinc), electrical and electronic scrap (motors, cables, switchgear, transformers), plastic waste streams, and engineered polymers. Categories expand as our processing capacity grows — contact us if you're unsure whether your material qualifies.
Where does LoopOzone operate?
Our primary processing facilities and field teams are in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We manage pickup logistics across South India and work with verified collection partners in Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations. For large-volume enquiries outside our core geography, contact us and we will advise on feasibility.
Materials & Operations
Does every material go through processing?
Yes. No material is resold without passing through our assessment and processing workflow. Every lot is weighed, visually inspected, and graded at our facility before it is listed for resale. This is what allows us to give buyers reliable grade descriptions — and it is what makes generators' quotes accurate and defensible.
How do you assess the value of my material?
Our field team does an on-site preliminary assessment when they visit for pickup. A formal grade and price is confirmed at our processing facility after weighment and inspection. We share the assessment report with the generator. If the outcome differs meaningfully from the initial estimate, we discuss it before completing the transaction.
How is pickup arranged?
After you submit an enquiry, our team responds within one business day with a pickup schedule. We arrange logistics — vehicle, manpower, and weighment — at no additional cost for lots that meet our minimum volume threshold. For mixed or complex lots, we may request additional photos or a brief call before confirming the date.
How long does payment take after collection?
Payment is released within 3–5 business days of material reaching our facility and completing assessment. We pay by NEFT/RTGS directly to the registered account of the generator. If the lot is large or complex, we may make a partial advance on collection and settle the balance after processing — this is disclosed upfront.

How is loopX connected to this website?
loopX is LoopOzone's digital marketplace — a separate application where verified buyers can browse available material grades, request quotes, and track orders. This website covers our sourcing and generation-side operations. loopX serves the demand side. The two systems share our material data but are accessed through separate interfaces.
Who is loopX for?
loopX is built for industrial buyers — procurement teams at manufacturing plants, traders, reprocessors, and recyclers — who need a consistent, graded supply of secondary materials. Rather than sourcing through variable spot-market channels, loopX gives them access to LoopOzone's graded inventory with documented quality records.
Is loopX free to use?
Access to loopX for buyers is currently free during our early access phase. We may introduce a subscription or transaction fee structure as the platform scales. Any changes to access fees will be communicated to registered users well in advance.
Enquiries & Response
What should I include in a material enquiry?
The most useful details are: material type and approximate quantity (weight or volume), location of the material, how it was generated or used, and any existing documentation (invoices, packing lists, or prior assessments). Photos of the material are helpful but not required at enquiry stage. The more specific you are, the faster we can confirm a collection date and indicative price.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For large or complex lots we may follow up with a short call to gather additional details before committing to a pickup schedule. If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, email us directly at contact@loopozone.ai.
Do you handle one-off collections or only ongoing supply?
Both. We work with generators clearing a single lot and with organisations that produce a recurring waste stream. For recurring arrangements, we set up a standing agreement with scheduled pickup intervals so the process is not re-initiated each time. One-off collections are handled on the same assessment and payment terms.
Can I track my material after it leaves our facility?
Yes. Generators receive a weighment slip and a collection receipt on the day of pickup. Following processing, we share a grade assessment report. Registered generator accounts on our system can also view historical transactions and documentation. If you need a specific compliance or audit trail for a transaction, request it when you submit your enquiry.
